Pad Kee Mao, or Drunken Stir-Fried, 🥴 is a fun, spicy dish bursting with herbal fragrance. It’s one of my favorites… not just because it’s delicious, but because it features two herbs I absolutely love: fingerroot and fresh green peppercorns.

There’s something about the earthy aroma of fingerroot that really makes the dish shine. And those little pops of green peppercorns? They add such a fun texture and kick. My parents recently brought me some of their homegrown Ceylon peppercorn. Lucky me! ☺️😁
