Yeah but thats free range. Wild pig is way leaner than farmed pig, and so gamey that its almost inedible. We castrate male pigs so their meat wont be gamey. Maybe castrated kangaroo, kept indoors and fed grain, would have more marbled meat closer to cow.

Although idk how hard it is to run them down, they can probably leap fences....
