thanks, it's terrific! z8 was back ordered when i tried to get it last year so i got the z7ii instead for my trip to Senegal (in March)

i already have the 1.4 teleconverter> I tried 400mm both with & without in Senegal, and i really like it BUT since my yard is tiny, I've taken the teleconverter off for home practice

i'm keeping the z7ii as a second body for walking around, landscape, etc

z7ii & z8 use the same batteries so that's also helpful...
