Rasterman (npub1e8v…s7yy) I am guessing, the way he is moving, it looks like its a trigger pressure activated laser sight, and this guy is testing his laser while condition 0. The bigger problem, but also why I suspect its the case, is the gentleman next to him doesn't stop him. If I saw that, I would either be drawing down on that guy, or trying to stop him before the inevitable end.
