I don't know all the context here, but I'm puzzled to hear that someone might think there conflict between ranked choice voting proponents and grassroots voting reform measures
Why is that?
To me it is clear that ranked choice opens up opportunities for communities to come together to form coalitions that can upend minoritarian rule
And it's even better when it is used with multi-member districts, because then you get proportional representation
