Today's 1st recipe from TT is one of my favourite tarts. A garlic mushroom and spinach tart with a tasty blonde sauce.

I love this one. It's good served with baby potatoes and salad or roast potatoes, veg and gravy. Oh and we mustn't forget how good it is cold in lunchboxes. #vegan
