Yes. We are weekly meal planners too. Been doing it for 10 years or so. I can't believe ppl don't do this!! I also have a loosely based 1 yr meal plan that gives me an idea of how much produce I need to grow and store for the year. I don't always hit the targets but its just common sense to me.
