It seems to be the M715Q Tiny Gen 2 AMD. I couldn't find an exact spec sheet matching the Q Tiny model. I suspect this might make an excellent node because it supports up to 32GB RAM and two internal SSD's for redundant storage.
I just ordered one for myself to test so I'll soon let people know if it's good for the node use case.
