I would beg to differ about the work. Telecommuting means you can work anywhere. Do an online B2B and start generating cashflow for the community. It can be done for those that want to push for it.
I see these old buildings and I want to save them all. I know its futile to want that, but man these are good people. The kids in the area need to have pride of where they are from.
