Sequoia set up the SMSF, Bitcoin is with Bamboo. It’s Sequoia who is requesting the updated investment strategy. I’ve got a phone call with them this arvo, hoping that’ll be the end of it. I just wasn’t sure how I could meet the SMSF regulations given its a Bitcoin only fund and they have rules about diversification but if you sorted it then hopefully it won’t be an ongoing issue.
