No. The complainers are giving up saying stuff and the ones who actually do git stuff have their bug reports ignored for months or years at this point.
Nostr is never going to get better until the NIPs can get cleaned up properly to address fundamentally flawed critical definitions that are actively causing delays in the whole of the protocol.
