i would never expect the conservative justices to recuse themselves from anything. we’re in the christofascism end-game now, it’s pure will to power, why would they follow any handshake rules of decorum and integrity? they have all the power, they’re accountable to nobody, and they’re not gonna follow any ethical standards themselves until someone forces them to.
