When debating stopping subsidising #FossilFuels #aviation and animal #farming - which are by far the largest polluters - people often say it would be terrible, many firms wouldn't survive, many would lose their jobs.

But they forget a small detail: if we don't act, then the planet will warm too much and act instead of us, by wrecking havoc on all those industries on a brutal, destructive scale, killing those industries and everyone will lose their jobs and the ability to adapt.
