My third day without coffee. I've banished the Frensh Press to the back of the cupboard. Instead, I prepared everything I needed for a pot of tea in the morning last night. As I want to avoid caffeine, black tea and green tea are also out. So herbal tea it is. Today I replaced my morning coffee with lukewarm water with a little salt and lemon. That was really good (thanks
hp (npub10zq…3efp) ). I'm thinking about making myself a smoothie tomorrow afterwards. I still had a headache yesterday. Hopefully that will get better today.
