My therapist wants me to do twice a week therapy sessions but this would mean having one via telehealth and needing to log into some sort of app or whatever. Last time I tried this it didn’t work. I realize I’m like 10 years behind with technology but it is what it is. The bullshit part is that you can’t just use whatever FaceTime program that’s available, you need to use some sort of app that is supposedly more “secure”. Oh FFS, nothing is secure online and I assure you that nobody wants to spy on my trials and tribulations with OCD.
