So, when it comes to insecurities, it all comes down to a singular idea: The idea of inherent dignity.
It's the idea that no matter what your status is, be it sexual, financial, or bodily status, you still have inherent worth.
A lot of times, guys will go and lift weights, seek a hot gf, or a higher paying job because they think that those external things MAKE THEM VALUABLE.
In the man that has INHERENT dignity, they seek those things BECAUSE they, as a person, ALREADY have value.
Does that make sense?
