Good day and hello to my new followers! I typically post a photo or two each week and I felt like this aerial panorama taken about two years ago would be a good fit for today.

This was taken during an evening outing while I was on a writing retreat to work on my dissertation. Nestled in the Ozarks, the area near the town of Jasper, Arkansas, USA is one of my favorite nearby places to explore. This photo was taken just after a summer thunderstorm passed through.
