These last few weeks I've been a lot better at understanding that creating notes in my personal knowledge base *is also* a form of productivity. For the longest time it felt like doing that was just a chore that I needed to get out of the way as soon as possible in order to "be productive". Where "be productive" was a 15-year old frozen idea in my brain that equals to "I have some lines of code that work".
But these last few weeks, while diving deeper into learning and feeling better with not having a clear result after a session, the act of putting stuff down into words and relations to other concepts feels like the most important part of the whole process.
This frozen idea of #productivity has hindered me for a long time, both in my personal projects and learnings and at work, where sometimes I didn't take the time to slow down and understand.
Currently using #logseq for my knowledge base, mostly because of the PDF annotation tool.
