No question but I think most people likely to get directly wrecked would’ve likely done so by now. People who are anti crypto (and not because they use btc/monero) at this point are more likely to be ideologically opposed rather than worried about legality.
So now it’s open season for Wall Street etc. which I’m sure is fine because their recklessness never caused any problems in the past…
So, yes it could massively damage some poor bastards who trusted their money to Wall Street.
