I would have liked to see Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer as Harris’s running mate. Big Gretch is whip-smart and a popular figure in a crucial swing state, but she has reportedly said she’s not interested. (All all-female ticket in the first post-Dobbs presidential election would still be a boss move IMO.)
