There's certainly a point in Bk 3 (out next month!!!) where Jerya feels that way. Whichever way she turns she feels she'll be letting someone down: her new love, the boy who feels almost like a son to her, or the Guild of Dawnsingers and possibly the entire population of the Sung Lands.
