Reviews for Rain Code on Steam are very promising: "However, the most egregious part of this game is how incredibly vile the other women treat eachother. Whilst the original Danganronpa had its issues with its more 'traditional' view of gender roles and how they are displayed, RainCode somehow makes it much worse. I could keep the amount of civil interactions that two women had on screen in this game on one hand. It felt aggressively written by a dude with a harem fantasy. "
