Mastodon question.
So, I follow 400 people, but noticed that in my feed I see posts from maybe half or so (I haven't done an exact account, but there are some active accounts I don't see posts from -- unless I go to their pages). When I go to the pages of some of places I never see posts from, they do post lots of stuff. I thought once you followed someone, posts from all of them would show up in your feed, chronologically? But it seems that it doesn't work for everyone you follow.
Is that because some of the servers/instances don't talk to each very well? Is it related to interactions? Is there something else I can do?
