not agree, canadians are probably more skilled and could be even more educated to rational and abstract thinking, and result in highier result in QI tests. Still Canadians are not more smarters than others, the population is large anough to say that they are smart as other humans, QI test doesnt mesure smartness and education/training makes people smart and effective, indipendently on their blood or country of origin (obviously, agree that adults from third world country are mostly doomed to be less smart than canadians, at least measuring in capacity to do canadian-useful-activities)
