This is very interesting, but it is based more on conspiracy theory than on scientific facts. Personally, I believe there are enough psychological explanations that account for human behavior.
Psychology suggests that only someone who has been bullied would become a bully, as a healed person wouldn't engage in such behavior. It's a whole chain of traumas that drives human behavior. I don't believe that humanity has been abandoned by gods or aliens, and that's the reason for their condition. I think people simply don't have the capacity to deal with their traumas, which leads them to act in different ways.
Faced with a mechanism of displacement, we don't react to a specific event in the moment we are living; we react to an event that happened in the past, caused by a person with the same trauma, who in turn was hurt by someone with the same trauma.
