Between meetings, today is garlic scape harvest day! (While wearing N95 masks, apparently ugh)

And then try to figure out what to do with as many of them as possible. Going to make garlic scape salt and pickled garlic scapes for sure. Anybody have good ideas for how to preserve garlic scapes?
