I explained once (I can't find where) that there are two models of connectivism - George's model, which was explicitly extended mind ("I store my knowledge in my friends") in graph form, and my model, which describes mental, social and computer graphs separately, interacting through emergence and recognition (not part of Chalmers/Clark specifically).
