I've recently turned off all the image, video and URL previews and autoloading, even for unmetered data. Still some images and video will show a blurry preview and others will not. Seems to me the only thing that should be autoloaded would be other nostr references, could be a note, image, video, audio and etc. I don't know if there is any documenation for how notes should be displayed.
