The one at spar sloterdijk turned out to be one that was supposed to be on for like half an hour to fight a specific person. They forgot to turn it off, and it was on for weeks. It is off now.
The one at Schiphol seems to be a malfunctioning broadcasting speaker. But it is indistinguishable from a very loud mosquito. I am still in talks with them about that one.
