Zucchini chips came out pretty good, 2nd batch was a bit better cause I cut them thicker, (they really thin out after drying.) The recipe I found was apple cider vinegar with salt, pepper, and chili powder mixed together then just dip Zucchini in that. (Crinkle cut suggested) which I don't have so the spices didn't stay on well. I just sprinkled the spiecs on top. So some came out extra spicy! But they're good dipped in Hummus or guac.
