Being able to build our PRs for the repo in a dependency ordered queue with parallel builds... is a big win tbqh.

We're also addressing other fundamental issues with v1, if you like. Chiefly the recipe format had weaknesses surrounding subpackage definitions, and little insights into the build artefacts like pkgconfig providers, requiring pspec examination.
