lets say, i want to give away 50k sats to a pool to take out corrupt polititians
the executor would not get to enjoy the spoils, it would be something you'd do for your family
lets see, public enemies that are so high up the foodchain they are untouchable -> make them fear going outside, understand they cant walk above us
