Are they cool to use your property as a port of entry? Do you sponsor them?
Granted, the folly of public property complicates things but in an anarchist and purely private property region SOMEONE would have to allow them access and others would have to permit their movement through the region.
Those people would have liability and therefore make an effort to vet anyone they sponsored.
It wouldn’t be willy nilly come one come all.
