So far I know:
Endless OS/GNOME Software (renamed App Center) supports and enables auto-updates out of the box.
elementary OS AppCenter supports auto-updates, and prompts to enable them at initial setup.
GNOME Software itself supports app auto-updates, but I forget where it's enabled ootb.
From brief looking, KDE Discover does not support auto-updates? But that might be outdated.
There's apparently a non-default Steam Deck plugin for auto Flatpak updates.
And of course you could script it.
