Often, when we start a new workflow, we have a big-picture goal and objectives in mind, but how to reach the goal or even track it isn't clear. So I start with a simple workflow based on my best guesses of what I need.
Almost immediately, I see that I missed some details, made the wrong assumptions, and so on. No problem; revise the database and views, and keep moving forward.
