I still remember when you could drive down to Anaheim, CA, pay $5 for parking and $20 for admission, and spend the day at Disneyland.

Now, you have to buy tickets in advance, make reservations for the days you want to go, ensure you reserve dining options, and buy additional passes if you want to avoid the long lines.

I can't imagine a family with young children going to the parks ... it would be so insanely expensive.
