I can't do ten hour work days. I was about to say 'anymore'. But nobody can do ten hour days, at whatever age.

If you tell me that you can or could when you were younger, you're lying to yourself. You did it, but it came at a cost.

And we don't become "too old to do it", we get the insight that it comes at a price.

And some of us are willing to pay this price anymore. Some people might call it getting old, some might call it not willing to perform, I think it's the opposite: understanding yourself to find your optimal pace.
