May I ask why you have 12 if one only needs 3?
I guess the main reason I have a bunch is I think (perhaps incorrectly) that if I want to read from and write to as many people as possible, I should have more relays to be sure I am able to connect with a lot of people (because if we don’t share a relay we wouldn’t be able to connect)
