Degrelle: cool dude no question but IIRC he was an SS officer, not a leader of a nation
Mussolini: Too civnatty for my tastes with a culture as the main foucuss and had jewish concubines
Mosley: IIRC Hitler didn't think he'd make a great leader, and related to that, he never got a chance to show his chops as such
Franco: I'm not Christian and so that doesn't work for me, doubly so as he IIRC encouraged mixing with the colonials.
