Made a lovely meat free chilli tonight aided by Wiltshire Chilli Farms Chocolate Habenero, Srichra, onion gravy (yes you read right but you wouldn't know its there).
And then slow cooked with 4 chunks of 80% cocoa solids dark chocolate.
Just right level of heat, sour cream side and I feel full.
Now wish I'd made spare.
