Okay, here's my rant:
White Collar/Office Employees who think their jobs are just as hard or harder than Blue Collar Employees, because somehow they expend more mental energy.
Do you really honestly believe that your sitting down 9-5 is harder than the people doing a 12 hour factory shift on their feet, the person doing construction or putting on your roof in 90 degree weather, the janitor cleaning up your shit, or the person working fast food?
Not only are they working harder, usually for way less money and benefits, but to add insult to injury, apparently they are being told they don't use mental energy to do their work.
This attitude is elitist, plain and simple.
