Good for you! Keep that up! I fell into the trap a long time ago. Still pop the 6 milli Zyns to keep my sanity but eventually I’ll drop that habit 🤣🤣 the biggest issue is I pop a 6mg before I go on a run and it’s honestly kind of amazing… fuckin big tobacco
