In NI the people involved in this kind of thing, who have been investigated, turn out to be paramilitaries who benefit greatly from intimidation, loan sharking, drug dealing and prostitution, and on occasion sex trafficking or people trafficking. It’s not young people who ‘need understanding’. Those slogans were all written by the same hand, same style of graffiti, same spray paint, as good as a personal signature or fingerprint for ID.
