I didn't get any artistically pleasing shots of the buntings, and the poor things were a little overshadowed by the snowy owl, but they remain delightful little birds and I truly love seeing them.

A note: this is a banding station, and I often see bird seed scattered around it. I have no clue if it's placed there in some kind of official banding station capacity, or if birders are feeding the buntings to get a better view/photos of them, or what. If someone has any insight on what's normal for a banding station I'd appreciate it!
