The scrub jays are ubiquitous in my neighborhood (and ofc all over town), but no matter how often I see them, I am always struck by their wonderful coloring and detail. Like the robins, they could be easy to take for granted, but how ever to look away from those wonderful eyebrows, that excellent shape and wings? Also, yesterday's sun!
