I’m one of the freaks that likes both. Mostly I like trending for “what did I miss in the last 24h”.

When nostr is slow you can just scroll back. On a busy day it’s tricky to get caught up without something to highlight the days activity.

At the same time, when I log in what I want to see every time without compromise is the chronological list of notes posted from the accounts I follow.
