Anyone celebrating or over-interpreting the announcement that GDP 'returned to growth' of 0.2% in August doesn't really understand that this is well within the margin of error for continued stagnation of decline, and actually merely reflects a continued flat-lining of the UK economy.
Most of the journalistic commentary will be meaningless, and not just because growth in GDP really tells us little about the country's well-being...
