Remember this when your brow is damp, oils low in the lamp, and the legs start to cramp. You’ll always need to tend to the fire in the camp.

Volatility is vitality, heard it said, yeast in the bread, wrestle in the sheets, meter in the red. Don’t stop moving; you’re not dead.
