For those of you who are unsure that James Timpson's approach to rehabilitation of ex-offenders is anything more than an anomaly & therefore should not be the basis for his work as Prisons Minister, here are some more positive examples of how in the right context & with support, giving ex-prisoners 'proper' jobs can help them break the cycle of re-offending.

Of course, it won't work for everyone & Timpson knows this, but it can work for many more!
