This is because The One can know itself as the All-In-All but cannot experience itself in its own knowingness unless it is in the presence of that which it is not.
And since there is nothing that it is not, the All-In-All individuated itself, creating the illusion of separation so that it could experience itself in its own knowingness in, as, and through us.
We call this experience "life." Life is Leela (a Divine play) of Maya (illusion).
When you call forth wisdom and understanding from within, do not be surprised when the answers you seek start showing up in a myriad of ways outside of you.
